  • What if I need gluten/lactose/ free?
    It still works! We go over the food groups but you can choose the options you eat from the lists provided. It's not a meal plan so you can adjust it to suit you.
  • I don’t even know what a protein or carb is. Will this make sense?
    Yes! I list out what foods fit into each category (protein, carbs and veggies) and have a list with pictures of foods with their portion size. No need to be a nutrition expert (although you might be after completing the Plan!
  • I'm time-poor, how long will this take for me to read?
    It depends how fast you read but I have broken the information up into bite sized chunks. We have a section on protein, how to eat, what to eat in a day, what to eat in a meal etc. You can jump to the part you want to start with, you can read it all at once or only a small section at a time.
